CD7-targeted chimeric antigen receptor-T (CAR-T) cell therapy has shown great promise in the treatment of relapsed/refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). In this study, we reported a case of a 34-year-old male patient with T-ALL who finally developed multi-line drug resistance and refractoriness after multiple lines of high-intensity chemotherapy. After physician evaluation, this patient received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).

Background: Dexrazoxane has been studied for its ability to prevent anthracycline-induced cardiac dysfunction (AICD) in several trials but its use in clinical practice remains limited. This is related to the low to moderate quality of the generated evidence, safety concerns and restricted prescribing indications. Additional randomized trials are needed before this drug can be routinely integrated into cardio-oncology clinical practice.

Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBL) poses a diagnostic challenge due to its varied, nonspecific symptoms. Utilizing PET-CT can be valuable in identifying lesions across the body, aiding clinicians in targeted biopsy planning. Clinicians need to be aware that IVLBL may manifest hepatic lesions along Glisson's sheath mimicking intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.

Background: Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy is more effective in relapsed or refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) than other therapies, but a high proportion of patients relapse after CAR-T cell therapy owing to antigen escape, limited persistence of CAR-T cells, and immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment. CAR-T cell exhaustion is a major cause of relapse. Epigenetic modifications can regulate T cell activation, maturation and depletion; they can be applied to reduce T cell depletion, improve infiltration, and promote memory phenotype formation to reduce relapse after CAR-T cell therapy.

Background: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are now considered revolutionary agents in the treatment of various cancers. Prospective data are limited on the patterns of usage and toxicity profile of these drugs. We planned this study for addressing the same in Indian patients.
