infection is linked to gastritis, ulcers and gastric cancer. Nanomedicine offers a promising solution by utilizing nanoparticles for precise drug delivery, countering antibiotic resistance and delivery issues. Nanocarriers such as liposomes and nanoparticles enhance drug stability and circulation, targeting infection sites through gastric mucosa characteristics. Challenges include biocompatibility, stability, scalability and personalized therapies. Despite obstacles, nanomedicine's potential for reshaping eradication is significant and showcased in this review focusing on benefits, limitations and future prospects of nanomedicine-based strategies.
