-Oligosaccharides are metabolically stable surrogates of native glycans containing //-glycosidic linkages and thus have therapeutic potential. Here we report a straightforward approach to the synthesis of vinyl -linked oligosaccharides via the Ni-catalyzed reductive hydroglycosylation of alkynyl glycosides with glycosyl bromides.
