Urological diseases and their varied forms of management warrant special attention in the setting of climate change. Regarding urological cancers, climate change will probably increase the incidence and severity of cancer diagnoses through exposures to certain environmental risk factors, while simultaneously disrupting cancer care delivery and downstream outcomes. Regarding benign urological diseases, a burgeoning body of work exists on climate-related heat waves, dehydration, urolithiasis, renal injury and infectious and vector-borne diseases.

This paper presents a comprehensive approach to evaluating the ability of multi-legged robots to traverse confined and geometrically complex unstructured environments. The proposed approach utilizes advanced point cloud processing techniques integrating voxel-filtered cloud, boundary and mesh generation, and dynamic traversability analysis to enhance the robot's terrain perception and navigation. The proposed framework was validated through rigorous simulation and experimental testing with humanoid robots, showcasing the potential of the proposed approach for use in applications/environments characterized by complex environmental features (navigation inside collapsed buildings).

Recent transportation systems are operated by cooperative factors including mobile robots, smart vehicles, and intelligent management. It is highly anticipated that the surveillance using mobile robots can be utilized in complex transportation areas where the high accuracy is required. In this paper, we introduce a crowd surveillance system using mobile robots and intelligent vehicles to provide obstacle avoidance in transportation stations with a consideration of different moving strategies of the robots in an existing 2D area supported by line-based barriers and surveillance formations.

The objective of this study is to assess the patient characteristics associated with tumor downstaging in a large national database. To address the challenges of low detection accuracy of small objects and weak applicability of the multi-person fall action recognition applications, we propose a hybrid fall detection method based on modified YOLOv8s and AlphaPose called HFDMIA-Pose. Firstly, we use the modified Yolov8s as object detector. It uses SPD-Conv to preserve small object features and adds a small object detection layer, while using BCIOU as the loss function.
