Background: As fertility rates decline and population ageing intensifies, the conflict between career and childbearing continues to impact clinicians, especially women. Exploring gender differences in the fertility intentions of male and female clinicians could help with identifying barriers to childbearing, developing effective policies to support work-life balance, and addressing the gap in research on gender disparities in this field.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional survey among health care personnel in Chinese public hospitals.

To understand the occurrence of different patterns of multimorbidity among children and adolescents aged 9-18 in Tianjin and analyze the cumulative effects of lifestyle on these patterns of multimorbidity. From September to November 2022, a stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select students from primary schools, junior high schools, general high schools, and vocational schools in 16 districts of Tianjin to screen for height, weight, blood pressure, distant vision, and diopter. One year later, a follow-up measurement and questionnaire survey were conducted.

We have developed the GReedy Accumulated strategy for Protein Engineering (GRAPE) to improve enzyme stability across various applications, combining advanced computational methods with a unique clustering and greedy accumulation approach to efficiently explore epistatic effects with minimal experimental effort. To make this strategy accessible to nonexperts, we introduced GRAPE-WEB, an automated, user-friendly web server that allows the design, inspection, and combination of stabilizing mutations without requiring extensive bioinformatics knowledge. GRAPE-WEB's robust performance and accessibility provide a comprehensive and adaptable approach to protein thermostability design, suitable for both newcomers and experienced practitioners in the field.

Clusters serve as the optimal model to elucidate the structure-property relationship of materials, bridging condensed matter and individual atoms. The pursuit of exceptionally stable clusters has garnered significant interest. The distinctive electronic configuration and symmetrical geometry generally provide a consistent rationale for their stability.

Despite being an essential component of gully systems, discontinuous gullies have received less attention for their complex formation mechanisms and often overlooked sediment yield processes. Factorial analysis helps elucidate gullying processes, but relevant studies on discontinuous gullies are currently lacking, especially at large scales. Spoon gullies, characterized by fat heads and thin tails, are a typical type of discontinuous hillslope gully found extensively on the Loess Plateau of China.
