Abstract: A 22-year-old woman, who delivered her first child 5 months ago and is now breastfeeding her baby, presented with mid-back pain. After investigations, including laboratory tests, X-rays, and bone density measurements, the diagnosis was PLO. The patient is being treated with calcium, vitamin D, and alendronate besides discontinuation of lactation.
