We explore an uncommon ultrasonic reduction method to exsolute Ag from perovskite LaAgFeO, forming a composite with enhanced catalytic oxidation activity. Such a mild exsolution is based on the coupling effect of ultrasonic cavitation and reducible BH, and holds great potential in the fields of energy and environment catalysis.
