This paper highlights considerations for policy development around vaccination attestation and proof requirements, specifically in rural Appalachia. Objective: The Dutch HIV preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP) pilot provided subsidized PrEP care to maximum 2900 individuals at a time in Amsterdam.
