Penoscrotal lymphedema is a manifestation of disrupted lymphatic drainage, causing a significant increase in scrotal volume. impacting both aesthetics and quality of life. Elephantiasis, classified as stage III by the International Society of Lymphology, represents the advanced stage of scrotal lymphedema, often linked to parasitic diseases. The diagnosis is clinical, and the treatment involves mass excision. The lymphatic reconstruction is an innovative therapeutic approach that improves postoperative results and better quality of life. In this case report, we present the case of massive genital elephantiasis managed surgically, and we will focus on surgical techniques and reconstructive approaches.

Introduction: The current standard of care of patients with spondyloarthritis (SpA), in addition to pharmacological treatment, includes regular exercise and patient education.(1) The primary goal of this systematic literature review (SLR) is to update the evidence of the effectiveness of education programs for patients with axial SpA (axSpA).
Methods: We systematically searched three databases, PubMed, Embase and Web of Science Core Collection, from January 2000 to June 2023, using the following terms: "patient education", "patient counselling", "patient teaching", "patient engaging", "patient empowerment", "health education", "spondyloarthritis", "spondyloarthropaties", "spondylitis" and "ankylosing spondylitis".

However, we have little knowledge of how person-centered planning can benefit staff and administration within a group home organization, as well as the extent to which it results in changes to organizational practices and procedures, as well as perceptions of people with disabilities. In this qualitative study, we explored the perspectives of organizational employees, an affiliating behavioral consultant, and residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, taking into consideration key insights from person-centered planning consultant-coaches, to understand the effects of a person-centered planning initiative on the group home organization.

This exploratory qualitative study examines the challenges faced by manual wheelchair (MWC) users and their clinicians, with a focus on mobility difficulties in both outdoor and indoor environments, as well as training priorities. The study involved semi-structured interviews with 18 clinicians and 25 MWC users from various rehabilitation centres. The interviews, lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, explored specific aspects of MWC use, including mobility challenges, training needs, and psychological factors.
