Background: Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) is a genetic myocardial disease characterized by progressive myocyte loss and fibrofatty (fibrous and adipose) tissue replacement to predispose these patients to fatal ventricular arrhythmias and impairment of ventricular systolic function. The relationship of ACM and myocarditis has gained significant attention.
Case Presentation: This case presented a 28-year-old female who was admitted to the hospital with complaints of recurrent lower limb edema and palpitations for 6 months.

Gitelman syndrome (GS) is the most common hereditary renal tubular disorder, with a higher carrier frequency among Asians often overlooked in older adults. Electrolyte imbalances, such as those seen in GS, are crucial considerations for older adults experiencing recurrent falls. We described an 83-year-old diabetic female on metformin, who was admitted due to recurrent falls with the preceding dizziness and palpitations when standing.

Introduction: Secundum Atrial septal defect (ASD) is the most common type of ASD. When it is large and hemodynamically significant, it can cause symptoms such as dyspnea, exercise intolerance, and palpitations. Following diagnosis confirmation, an ASD with hemodynamic significance should be closed electively.

Implantable loop recorders (ILRs) are widely used for the diagnosis of unexplained syncope, palpitations, and cryptogenic stroke. While ILRs demonstrate clinical utility, data on their diagnostic yield and value in real-world settings remain limited. This study evaluates ILR performance, diagnostic yield, and clinical impact across multiple indications.

Antidromic atrioventricular re-entrant tachycardia (AVRT) is a rare clinically wide-QRS tachycardia that can often be misdiagnosed as ventricular tachycardia (VT). If the accessory pathway (AP) is slower than the normal atrioventricular (AV) junction, evidence of preexcitation will not appear on the surface electrocardiogram (ECG), which increases the difficulty of diagnosis. This report describes a 13-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with VT at a local hospital at the time of onset of palpitation.
