Purpose: To understand subfoveal neurosensory detachment flattening and observe (SNF-Ob) strategy and its relationship with visual acuity in the management of centre-involved diabetic macular oedema (Ci-DMO).
Methods: This was a multicentric retrospective observational study. We reviewed data of 188 eyes of 130 patients who presented with Ci-DMO with subfoveal neurosensory detachment (NSD) and treated with intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) agents or steroids.

Background: Mitral annular disjunction (MAD) refers to the arrhythmic mitral valve prolapse (MVP) syndrome associated with ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death. Although the pathophysiology of this disease is still under investigation, specific imaging criteria that establish the diagnosis have been recognized. In this article, we demonstrate most of these criteria using three-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography (3D-TTE) and provide added value in the management of MAD syndrome.

An understanding of the pulp cavity anatomy of individual teeth is essential for success during endodontic therapy. The objective of this study was to document pulp cavity anatomy and summarize numerical data of maxillary and mandibular canine teeth of domestic cats using micro-computed tomography (micro-CT). Thirty-nine canine teeth from eleven domestic cat cadaveric specimens were extracted and prepared for scanning.
