Objective: To investigate the effect of deferred timing of therapeutic extraction on the rate of space closure during en masse anterior retraction.
Methods: Twenty-six patients (aged 16-24 years) with bimaxillary protrusion, crowding <3 mm, requiring bilateral extraction of four first premolars were recruited. Permuted block randomization was done.

Aims And Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the presence, type, and severity of hearing losses in individuals with Duane Retraction Syndrome (DRS), and to ascertain if there are anomalies in the auditory pathways at the brainstem level in DRS, believed to arise from aberrant interaction between cranial nerves and brainstem nuclei.
Study Design: Cross-sectional observational study.
Setting: Tertiary referral centre.

Objective: Bilateral cleft lip nose deformity often involves nasal alar retraction. The use of autogenous auricular cartilage for correction further aggravated nasal alar retraction caused by nasal lining defects after the operation. A novel graft was developed to address bilateral cleft lip nose deformity.

Background: Endoscopic endonasal techniques, initially developed for sinonasal tumor resection, have revolutionized the approach to orbital lesions. The emergence of endonasal orbital tumor surgery has prompted anatomical studies focusing on the medial orbit, yet there remains a lack of literature on maneuverability lateral to the optic nerve (ON), with current feasibility assessments relying primarily on the plane of resectability (POR).
Methods: Bilateral anatomical dissections were conducted on four latex-injected human cadaveric heads using an endoscopic medial and inferior orbitotomy and superomedial displacement of the inferior rectus muscle (IRM) to access the inferolateral intraconal quadrant.

A 78-year-old female with a remote history of L3-4 decompression and fusion presented with several months of low back and radicular leg pain. MRI revealed moderate L2-L3 spinal canal stenosis, ligamentum flavum infolding, moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis, and a grade I retrolisthesis. A right sided L2-L3 TFESI was performed using multiplanar fluoroscopic imaging with a subpedicular supraneural approach.
