Here we presented the initial experience of clipping aneurysms using fully endoscopic techniques and aimed to evaluate the safety and feasibility of fully endoscopic techniques for aneurysms. This was a retrospective single-center study in which patients were scheduled to undergo aneurysm clipping using fully endoscopic techniques. We collected patients' records, radiological neuroimaging, aneurysm-related variables and surgical procedures in detail, as well as postoperative outcomes.

Objectives: To evaluate the Outcomes of Fenestration of Lamina Terminalis for Hydrocephalus following Clipping of Ruptured Aneurysms of Anterior Circulation.
Methods: A retrospective case series study was conducted at the Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Lahore from August 2022 to July 2023. Seventy seven patients meeting the inclusion criteria of age group 20-65 years, ruptured saccular aneurysm of anterior circulation with or without lamina terminalis fenestration during clipping, were enrolled through non-probability convenience sampling.

In our practice at our department, we have encountered two clinical cases involving the complete loss of vision and ophthalmoplegia after craniotomy on the vascular pathology of the brain. Both patients underwent microsurgery via bifrontal skin incision. In the first case, the subfrontal craniotomy on the right side was made, and then microsurgical resection of an arteriovenous malformation of the right frontal lobe was performed.

Background And Objectives: Dynamic craniotomy as opposed to a fixed plate craniotomy provides cranial decompression with a controlled outward bone flap movement to accommodate postoperative cerebral swelling and/or hemorrhage. The objective of this study was to evaluate if fixation of the bone flap following a trauma craniotomy with dynamic plates provides any advantage over fixed plates.
Methods: A review of our clinical series of 25 consecutive adult patients undergoing dynamic craniotomy with the Khanna NuCrani reversibly expandable bone flap fixation plates for the treatment of traumatic brain injury associated with mass lesions including subdural, epidural, and cerebral hematomas was conducted.
