Introduction: Telemedicine is a health service that provides diagnosis, treatment evaluation, preventive medicine by using information and communication technologies between distant locations and aims to improve the health of the individuals and society. Social restrictions were applied during the pandemic process caused by coronavirus disease-2019 due to the virus called severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 which emerged in late 2019. Background: COVID-19 created an opportunity for using teleconsultation as an alternative way of accessing expert medical advice. Bangladesh has seen a 20-fold increase in the use of teleconsultation during the pandemic.

Objective: The aim of our study was to assess the influence of service quality and user satisfaction on the intention to use teleconsultation in the future among users of national teleconsultation services during the pandemic.

Background: Advance provision of medication abortion, or the prescription of mifepristone and misoprostol before pregnancy occurs, is an unexplored care model aimed at expanding abortion access. We examine motivations for obtaining advance provision from the online telemedicine service, Aid Access, which supports people in the United States.

Methods: Between May and November 2023, we conducted semi-structured, in-depth interviews with 39 people who obtained advance provision between January 2022 and April 2023.
