Fraud in medical insurance is a serious problem that threatens the safety and sustainability of medical insurance funds. The process of reducing or even eliminating the impact of fraud is related to maintaining the balance of payments for medical insurance funds and reforming the payment system based on total amount control. As a result of reviewing the policy background of medical insurance fraud in China, combined with the policy evaluation model in the area of public management, this paper develops a conceptual framework of 'Antecedents-Process-Outcomes' that emphasizes the fraud and governance of medical insurance funds.

The collections of human remains within our university laboratories and classrooms are considered by many to be integral to teaching osteology. However, as an outgrowth of the Western scientific tradition of mind/body dualism, human remains within skeletal teaching collections are often regarded differently than those in museums or applied contexts. From processing to storage, the personhood of each individual becomes abstracted as we purchase, "inherit," handle, organize, and digitally scan their bones for teaching purposes.

Bakuchiol (), a component of , has been reported to have estrogenic, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory activities. Nonetheless, its anticancer mechanisms and effectiveness against hepatocellular carcinoma remain unexplored. This study sought to elucidate the mechanism of apoptosis, autophagy, and cell cycle arrest caused by bakuchiol () and three flavonoids (-) with similar structures to compound in hepatocellular carcinoma.
