Early identification of hereditary cancer predisposition in adolescents and young adults represents a unique opportunity to target cancer prevention and improve survival in a population at risk for adverse health outcomes. However, adolescents and young adults face challenges unique to their stage of life that can undermine their transition from pediatric to adult healthcare and lead to interruptions in preventative care. The purpose of this study was to understand expert perspectives on factors relevant to designing and implementing a transition clinic for adolescents and young adults with hereditary cancer predisposition.

Juveniles occupy a different social niche than adults, engaging in a smaller diversity of social contexts and perceiving greater social risks. Either or both of these factors may influence the form communication takes in immaturity and its developmental trajectory. We investigated the relative influence of these social forces on the development of multimodal communication in plains zebras (Equus quagga).

However, several research suggest that the association between major/minor chords and emotional valence may vary due to certain musical contextual factors. Surprisingly innovation process based on deliberate practice has rarely been unearthed that might explore the boundary conditions of the eco-friendly deliberate practice and eco-innovation performance relationship. Anchored on the organizational support theory and the social cognitive, the current study seeks to investigate the impacts of perceived organizational support (POS) and developmental leadership (DL) on eco-innovation performance (EP) through the mediating role of eco-friendly deliberate practice (EDP). In addition, the study explores the boundary effects of employee resilience (ER) on the relationship between EDP and EP.
