Background: Emerging evidence suggests that circadian rhythms play a role in the regulation of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). We aim to examine the relationship between the 24-hour behavior rhythms (activity-rest and feeding-fasting rhythms) and stroke.
Methods: The study included 3201 adult participants with prediabetes/diabetes from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2011-2014.

Background: Physical activity and sleep are established modifiable lifestyle factors, but the optimal time of the day of these behaviours for health is unknown. This study examined the independent and joint associations of diurnal patterns of physical activity and sleep with all-cause mortality.
Methods: This prospective cohort study included 6,673 participants who have attended the accelerometer assessment in the 2011-2014 National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys (NHANES).

The work and life routine of long-haul truck drivers (LHTDs) involve the use of truck stops and rest areas to meet their basic human needs. These extensions of their workspaces on the road do not always offer adequate physical structures and services that drivers need for optimal health. This study aimed to evaluate long-haul truck drivers' perceptions of food services, safety, physical activity, rest, and personal hygiene offered at truck stops and rest areas, as well as the correlation between these perceptions and sociodemographic, health, and work conditions variables.

Most organisms synchronize to an approximately 24-hour (circadian) rhythm. This study introduces a novel deep learning-powered video tracking method to assess the stability, fragmentation, robustness and synchronization of activity rhythms in . Experimental were distributed into three groups and monitored for synchronization to a 14/10 hours of light/dark to assess acclimation to laboratory conditions.
