The Asian Arowana, (Müller and Schlegel, 1844) is a large majestic freshwater teleost, crowned as the king of aquariums with its bright charismatic appearance and magnificent swimming performance. The most expensive Asian arowana is the Golden Blue-based Malayan Arowana which is endemic to the Bukit Merah Lake and Kerian River Basin, Perak, Malaysia. has been listed as endangered by the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature), regulated under Appendix 1 of the Convention of International Trade on Endangered Species (CITES) for commercial trade.

Introduction: Buprenorphine and other medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) are highly effective but substantially under prescribed in the rural United States. Among the most cited barriers to buprenorphine prescribing is stigma, yet little progress has been made in developing successful strategies to reduce stigma and increase access to life-saving medication. One of the key challenges to developing successful implementation strategies is understanding the different types of stigma that limit implementation.

Purpose: Current literature reports strong support among parents for genetic testing for ill neonates; yet, some parents decline this testing for unknown reasons. We aimed to document the proportion of parents who decline, describe their clinical and demographic characteristics, and categorize their rationales.
Methods: We reviewed medical records to collect and compare clinical and demographic information for patients whose parents consented to and declined recommended genetic testing.
