Purpose: A considerable body of evidence indicated that interpersonal relationships were significantly associated with short-form video addiction (SFVA) among adolescents, but how they are related on a symptom level at different ages remains unclear. Recent methodological advances in person-centered approaches suggest that our understanding of parenting could be further advanced by examining parenting typologies across various parenting behaviors longitudinally. Accordingly, the current study aims to examine latent transitions in parenting practice patterns across four annual assessments during early childhood and examine whether individual- and family-level factors at baseline discriminate parenting transition patterns.

Background/objective: 4H syndrome is a rare form of leukodystrophy characterized by hypomyelination, hypodontia, and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. In 95% of cases, hypomyelination is present, but other clinical features, such as hypodontia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, are not always present and may not be necessary for diagnosis. Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism is the most common endocrine complication that can occur in 4H syndrome.
