Study Design: Retrospective study.
Objective: We aim to determine the influence of preoperative Patient-Reported Outcome Measurement Information System Physical Function (PROMIS-PF) scores on perioperative and postoperative outcomes, the latter determined through patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and the degree of achievement rates of minimum clinically important difference (MCID) following single-level cervical disc replacement (CDR).
Background: Several studies have examined the relationship between preoperative PROMIS-PF as a prognostic factor for postoperative outcomes.

This study compares clinical and radiological outcomes of open microscopic posterior cervical foraminotomy (PCF) and biportal endoscopic spine surgery (BESS) PCF in multi-level cases. While BESS PCF is effective in single-level surgeries, its role in multi-level procedures remains unclear. : This retrospective cohort study included 60 patients treated for cervical radiculopathy from 2016 to 2023, divided into two groups, open microscopic PCF (Group M, = 30) and BESS PCF (Group B, = 30).

Background And Purpose: Degenerative cervical myelopathy (DCM) is the most common cause of spinal cord (SC) dysfunction. In routine clinical practice, SC changes are well depicted using conventional MRI, especially T2-weighted imaging. However, this modality usually fails to provide satisfactory clinico-radiological correlations.

The urgent etiological diagnosis represents the main management objective of cervical spondylodiscitis (CSD) to start as soon as possible antibiotic treatment to prevent neurological deterioration. The present study aimed to evaluate a multicenter experience implementing a minimally invasive surgical approach (MISA) to manage CSD such pathology vs the most complex and aggressive surgical strategies currently used. This retrospective multicenter study used a database of 70 patients from five European neurosurgical centers.
