Black oilseed crops are rich in diverse phenolic compounds and have excellent antioxidant activities, as reported in traditional Chinese medicine. Testa (seed coat) and peeled seeds (cotyledon, embryo, and other structures) are the seed's crucial components, contributing to the variation in phytonutrient, phenol content, bioactive component, and protective and pharmacological effects. However, comprehensive and comparative information on total phenol, flavonoid, antioxidant, and metabolic profiles in black seed testa and peeled sesame, soybean, peanut, and rapeseed seeds is rare.

Chimp optimization algorithm (CHOA) is a recently developed nature-inspired technique that mimics the swarm intelligence of chimpanzee colonies. However, the original CHOA suffers from slow convergence and a tendency to reach local optima when dealing with multidimensional problems. Drug company funding can create conflicts of interest that compromise the integrity of patient organizations, a problem studied primarily in Western Europe and North America. To address this research gap, we conducted a case study in Poland, a Central European country. Between 2012 and 2020, 33 companies reported payments worth €13 729 644 to 273 patient organizations in Poland.

Purpose: Despite its recognized aggressive clinical manifestations, invasive micropapillary carcinoma has a controversial prognosis in comparison to invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. This retrospective study aimed to explore the prognosis and underlying molecular mechanisms of invasive micropapillary carcinoma.
Methods: Through the SEER database, we compared patients survival outcomes with invasive micropapillary carcinoma versus invasive ductal carcinoma, and developed a nomogram to predict the overall survival of the former group.
