The results of examination and surgical treatment of 277 patients with hepatic echinococcosis with bile ducts lesion are analyzed. Symptoms of bile ducts lesion serve the indication for direct roentgenocontrast methods of bile ducts examination (endoscopic retrograde pancreaticocholangiography, percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography, fistulography). Jaundice in anamnesis, dilatation of hepaticocholedoch, abundant outflow of bile from residual cavity after echinococcectomy require additional examinations during surgery (USE, cholangiography, chromatic reaction).

Indirect low radionuclide lymphography with 113mIn-coindium and serial renoscintigaphy with 131mI-hippuran were done to 103 patients with cancer of the uterus. A high diagnostic value of radionuclide methods was shown. In a comparative analysis of radiolymphography and direct roentgenocontrast lymphography with the results of a morphological study of the lymph nodes the informative value was 70.
