The intricate development and functionality of the mammalian heart are influenced by the heterogeneous nature of cardiomyocytes (CMs). In this study, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics were utilized to analyze cells from neonatal mouse hearts, resulting in a comprehensive atlas delineating the transcriptional profiles of distinct CM subsets. A continuum of maturation states was elucidated, emphasizing a progressive developmental trajectory rather than discrete stages.

The tertiary lymphoid structure (TLS) is recognized as a potential prognosis factor for breast cancer and is strongly associated with response to immunotherapy. Inducing TLS neogenesis can enhance the immunogenicity of tumors and improve the efficacy of immunotherapy. However, our understanding of TLS associated region at the single-cell level remains limited.

Diabetic retinopathy is a major ocular complication of diabetes, characterized by progressive retinal microvascular damage and significant visual impairment in working-age adults. Traditional bulk RNA sequencing offers overall gene expression profiles but does not account for cellular heterogeneity. Single-cell RNA sequencing overcomes this limitation by providing transcriptomic data at the individual cell level and distinguishing novel cell subtypes, developmental trajectories, and intercellular communications.

The prognosis and treatment efficacy of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), a disease with a high incidence, remains unsatisfactory. Identifying new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for LUAD is essential. Chromosomal assembly factor 1B (CHAF1B), a p60 component of the CAF-1 complex, is closely linked to tumor incidence and cell proliferation.

Background: Breast cancer had been the most frequently diagnosed cancer among women, making up nearly one-third of all female cancers. Hormone receptor-positive breast cancer (HR+BC) was the most prevalent subtype of breast cancer and exhibited significant heterogeneity. Despite advancements in endocrine therapies, patients with advanced HR+BC often faced poor outcomes due to the development of resistance to treatment.
