Background: Meckel's diverticula result from incomplete obliteration and regression of the omphaloenteric duct and are the most common congenital intestinal malformations. Many Meckel's diverticula remain asymptomatic and are discovered as incidental findings. They present a diagnostic challenge.

Introduction: Meckel's diverticulum is a vestige of the vitello-intestinal duct. It is one of the most common congenital abnormality of the GI tract.
Case Presentation: We present a case of a male patient who presented with pain in the peri-umbilical region and in right iliac fossa.
The Meckel's diverticulum is usually asymptomatic but in sometimes it presents severe complications, such as bleeding or perforation. The presence of enterolith inside a Meckel diverticulum is rare. In this report, we present a case of a 56- years- old man, with an abdominal pain and small bowel obstruction for a enterolith.
