Ethnopharmacological Relevance: The classic TCM prescription, Shoutai Wan (STW), is extensively used in clinical settings to manage threatened miscarriage and Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). The complexity of pregnancy physiology, coupled with diverse etiologies, and the specificity of energy metabolism for normal embryo attachment and development, pose challenges to clinical diagnosis and treatment. The specific molecular mechanisms of how STW regulates these biological processes and contributes to the treatment of RSA remain to be elucidated.

Multiple myeloma (MM) is the second most frequently diagnosed hematological malignancy, presenting limited treatment options with no curative potential and significant drug resistance. Recent studies involving genetic knockdown established the crucial role of GRK6 in upholding the viability of MM cells, emphasizing the need to identify potential inhibitors. Computational exploration of GRK6 inhibitors has not been attempted previously.

This research introduces a novel hybrid cryptographic framework that combines traditional cryptographic protocols with advanced methodologies, specifically Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Networks with Gradient Penalty (WGAN-GP) and Genetic Algorithms (GA). We evaluated several cryptographic protocols, including AES-ECB, AES-GCM, ChaCha20, RSA, and ECC, against critical metrics such as security level, efficiency, side-channel resistance, and cryptanalysis resistance. Our findings demonstrate that this integrated approach significantly enhances both security and efficiency across all evaluated protocols.

The first 1000 days of a child's life, spanning from the time of conception until 2 years of age, are a key period of laying down the foundations of optimum health, growth, and development across the lifespan. Although the role of health prevention programs targeting families and children in the first 1000 days of life is well recognized, investments in this key period are scarce, and the provision of adequate health care services is insufficient. The aim of this viewpoint is to provide a holistic digital health framework cocreated with policy makers, health care professionals, and families to support more effective efforts and health care programs dedicated to the first 1000 days of life as the first line of prevention.

Colocasia esculenta ranks as the fifth most important tuber crop and is known for its high nutritional and medicinal value. However, there is no research on its mitochondrial genome, hindering in-depth exploration of its genomic resources and genetic relationships. Using second- and third-generation sequencing technologies, we assembled and annotated the mitogenome of C.
