Three new compounds from the seeds of L.

Three undescribed compounds, 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-((4-hydroxyphenyl)thio) -2-propanone (), 4'-hydroxybenzyl 4-(4''- hydroxybenzyloxy) benzyl thioether () and 3-(4'-hydroxybenzyl)-6-hydroxy-quinazolinone () were isolated from the seeds of L. The structures of all compounds were elucidated based on NMR and MS analysis, along with the comparison with published data. The potential targets of compounds - were identified by virtual screening. The potential inhibitory effects of these compounds on protein kinase C theta type were compared by molecular docking. The docking score of compound was the highest.
