Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) detection can predict clinical risk in early-stage tumors. However, clinical applications are constrained by the sensitivity of clinically validated ctDNA detection approaches. NeXT Personal is a whole-genome-based, tumor-informed platform that has been analytically validated for ultrasensitive ctDNA detection at 1-3 ppm of ctDNA with 99.

Background: The psychological impact of surviving an admission to an intensive care unit (ICU) with COVID-19 is uncertain. The objective of the study was to assess the prevalence of anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms in ICU survivors treated for COVID-19 infection, and identify risk factors for psychological distress.
Methods: This observational study was conducted at 52 ICUs in the United Kingdom.

Fluorophores that respond to external stimuli, such as changes in pH, have utility in bio-imaging and sensing applications. Almost all pH-responsive fluorophores rely on complex syntheses and the use of pH-responsive functional groups that are peripheral to the fluorophore framework. In this work, pH-responsive boron-containing heterocycles based on tridentate acyl pyridylhydrazone ligands were prepared.

All 25 patients evaluated were ctDNA-positive at baseline. Minimal residual disease (MRD) events varied from 406,067 down to 1.

However, resistance and disease progression remain significant challenges. In this study, we investigated the therapeutic potential of combining trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd), an anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate, with sotorasib in -mutant NSCLC, while also evaluating HER2 expression in NSCLC samples.
