Background And Aims: Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) of large colorectal lesions can be challenging, and residual lesions after EMR can progress to colorectal cancer. We aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of adding thermal ablation of margins [using argon plasma coagulation (APC) or snare tip soft coagulation (STSC)] in reducing recurrence rates after EMR.
Methods: We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) identified from PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Embase.
Better than expected performance effect depends on the spatial location of visual stimulus.

Halogenated organic pollutants (HOPs) have attracted considerable attention owing to their persistence, bioaccumulation, and toxicity. The development of methods to detect HOPs in fish is challenging owing to the compositional complexity of fish matrices, which contain high levels of lipids and relatively low concentrations of HOPs. In addition, the lipophilicity of most HOPs renders their extraction difficult.

This type of molded pulp is particularly suited for replacing plastics in environments, where moisture is encountered, as the lignin reduces the transport and adsorption of water. The dataset was measured on wet formed substrates with either softwood chemi-thermomechanical pulp (CTMP) or northern bleached softwood Kraft pulp (NBSK).
