Article Abstract

A metal-chelating membrane was exploited for the facile synthesis of N-doped graphitic carbon fibers (N-CFs) with abundant TM/TMO nanoparticles completely exposed on the surfaces of the fibers. The ready accessiblity to multiple active sites and strong synergistic effects endowed the Fe/FeO@N-CFs with optimal qualities, in particular delivering enhanced ORR performance in alkaline and neutral medium.
