The patient was successfully treated with an isolated ulnar osteotomy and bone grafting, resulting in significant alleviation of symptoms and improved wrist mobility. Various surgical methods have been proposed to address malunited radius fractures, and ulnar osteotomy has shown promise as an effective technique for such cases.
