Liver cancer, specifically hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), stands out as one of the most formidable solid tumors, characterized by a dauntingly low survival rate. At the forefront of the tumor microenvironment (TME) orchestrating the initiation and advancement of HCC are cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs). TGF-β, widely recognized as a potent activator of CAFs, not only regulates their activity but also assumes a pivotal role in the metastatic journey of the tumor.

Activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase δ syndrome is an inborn error of immunity due to mutations within the genes responsible for encoding PI3Kδ subunits. This syndrome results in an excessive activation of the phosphoinositide 3-kinase signaling pathway. Gainof-function mutations in the gene PIK3R1 (encoding p85α, p55α, and p50α) lead to the development of the activated PI3K δ syndrome.

Background: PSMA PET/CT emerges as a pivotal technology in the diagnostic landscape of prostate cancer (PCa). It offers a suite of imaging interpretation criteria, notably the maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax), the molecular imaging prostate-specific membrane antigen score (miPSMA score), and the PSMA reporting and data system (PSMA-RADS). Identifying the most valuable criteria for diagnosing PCa and standardizing imaging interpretation across various tracers is an unresolved question.

Purpose: In China, stringent and long-lasting infection control measures, which were called "dynamic zero-COVID policy", have significantly affected the mental health of college students, particularly concerning depressive and insomnia symptoms. This study aims to investigate how depressive and insomnia symptoms evolved among Chinese college students throughout the pandemic, including the beginning and end of the dynamic zero-COVID policy period.
Patients And Methods: We conducted a 2-years longitudinal survey involving 1102 college students, collecting data at three key time points.

The synergistic reduction of air pollutants and carbon dioxide (CO) emissions is a key component in achieving China's strategy of pollution and carbon reduction. This study quantitatively evaluates the spatiotemporal linkages between PM and CO emissions, as well as the benefits of sustained synergistic control, across over 360 Chinese cities from 2005 to 2020. We employed spatiotemporal analysis, coupled coordinateness modeling, the Hurst index, and generalized linear mixed modeling (GLMM).
