Effective medical notes ensure comprehensive documentation in healthcare. This study evaluates medical note quality in the vascular unit at Mater Dei Hospital using () guidelines. Two cycles examine 17 parameters pre- and post-intervention, revealing notable, significant enhancements in patient identifiers, clinical summaries, examination, and planning. Future prospects involve digitizing note-taking, utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) for data organization, and simplifying entry methods. Implementation of electronic solutions is encouraged for improved accuracy, efficiency, and continuity of patient care.

Background: Lynch syndrome (LS), characterised by an increased risk for cancer, is mainly caused by germline pathogenic variants affecting a mismatch repair gene (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2). Occasionally, LS may be caused by constitutional MLH1 epimutation (CME) characterised by soma-wide methylation of one allele of the MLH1 promoter. Most of these are "primary" epimutations, arising de novo without any apparent underlying cis-genetic cause, and are reversible between generations.

Geographic ranges of ticks and tick-borne pathogens within North America are shifting due to environmental changes and human-driven activities, with species of public health concern presenting a multifaceted risk to human health. Innovative strategies and continued collaboration to control tick populations are needed to combat this growing threat. We conducted a scoping review of the literature to describe the nature of applied tick control research conducted in North America (Canada, Mexico, and the United States) to date, with the goal of describing key concepts and identifying gaps in this research area.

We highlight the potential for further analysis and investigation of the article by Sirakaya and colleagues. Specifically, we note that the authors failed to evaluate diaphragm mobility, which is essential for a comprehensive assessment of respiratory function, as well as diaphragm thickness. Assessing diaphragm mobility could enrich our understanding of the impact of surgical approaches on respiratory mechanics and postoperative pulmonary complications.

Background: Regenerative endodontics' primary objective is to establish a favorable environment in the root canal by removing infection, providing a sturdy scaffold, and sealing the apical end of the tooth tightly. These actions should promote pulp regeneration and root development.
Aim: This study evaluated histologically the regenerative potential of injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogel or collagen with blood clot as scaffolds during revascularization of immature necrotic dog's teeth.
