Unlabelled: Tumour-to-tumour metastasis (TTM) is a rare phenomenon that clinicians should be aware of when evaluating patients with a history of prostate cancer. We present the diagnosis and management of an 80-year-old former smoker with high-risk prostate cancer, who developed a lung nodule consistent with TTM. The patient had concurrent primary lung adenocarcinoma and metastatic prostate cancer, making this a unique case of dual primary and metastatic malignancies.

Extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma is a rare soft tissue tumour with a high local and distant metastasis rate and limited response to chemotherapy. Meckel's diverticulum is the most frequent congenital anomaly, and it is associated with a considerable risk of malignant transformation. In this case report, we describe a 50-year-old female patient with a history of extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma of the lower limb and metastasis to the forearm who went to the emergency department with abdominal pain.

Metastasis to the thyroid gland is very uncommon with an incidence of 2-3% of all thyroid malignancies. A higher incidence is noted in autopsy studies indicating incidental detection. However, tumour-to-tumour metastasis is extremely uncommon with a handful of cases published in the literature to date.
