Purpose: This study aimed to analyze demographic, clinical, socioeconomic, and facility-specific factors affecting the survival outcomes of patients diagnosed with eyelid melanoma (EM) between 2004 and 2017 using data from the National Cancer Database.
Methods: Cases of EM diagnosed between 2004 and 2017 were identified using the National Cancer Database. Patient demographic data, tumor stage (American Joint Committee on Cancer TNM classification), treatment modalities, and socioeconomic variables were collected.

Background: Muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) is a prevalent cancer characterized by molecular and clinical heterogeneity. Assessing the spatial heterogeneity of the MIBC microenvironment is crucial to understand its clinical significance.
Methods: In this study, we used imaging mass cytometry (IMC) to assess the spatial heterogeneity of MIBC microenvironment across 185 regions of interest in 40 tissue samples.
Background: Lower extremity lymphedema (LEL) can develop because of inguinal lymph node dissection in the treatment of gynecologic, genitourinary, and dermatological malignancies. To optimize patient counseling and patient selection for microsurgical interventions aimed at preventing or treating LEL, its prevalence and associated patient characteristics must be accurately documented. This systematic review and meta-analysis provides a comprehensive overview of literature on the reported prevalence of LEL in patients undergoing inguinal lymphadenectomy.

Background: Digital papillary adenocarcinoma (DPAC) is a rare but aggressive cutaneous malignant sweat gland neoplasm that occurs on acral sites. Despite its clinical significance, the cellular and genetic characteristics of DPAC remain incompletely understood.
Methods: We conducted a comprehensive genomic and transcriptomic analysis of DPAC (n = 14) using targeted next-generation DNA and RNA sequencing, along with gene expression profiling employing the Nanostring Technologies nCounter IO 360 Panel.

To describe the clinical characteristics and to explore the prognostic factors of concurrent pneumonia (PJP) in patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM). We retrospectively enrolled consecutive IIM patients diagnosed with PJP at our center between January 2014 and December 2022. Fifty-eight IIM-PJP patients were enrolled in our study, with the age of 26-79 (56.
