High harmonic generation (HHG) has become a core pillar of attosecond science. Traditionally described with field-based models, HHG can also be viewed in a parametric picture, which predicts all properties of the emitted photons, but not the nonperturbative efficiency of the process. Driving HHG with two noncollinear beams and deriving analytically the corresponding yield scaling laws for any intensity ratio, we herein reconcile the two interpretations, introducing a generalized photonic description of HHG. It is in full agreement with field-based simulations and experimental data, opening the route to smart engineering of HHG with multiple driving beams.

Traditional tetrahedral-based mid-to-far infrared (MFIR) nonlinear optical (NLO) crystals often face limitations due to the optical anisotropy constraints imposed by their highly symmetric structures. In contrast, the relatively rare trigonal pyramidal [TeS] functional unit characterized by its asymmetric structure and stereochemically active lone pair (SCALP), offers improved optical anisotropy, hyperpolarizability and a broader IR transparency range. Despite its potential, synthetic challenges have hindered the development of MFIR NLO crystals that incorporate this unit, with only one example reported to date.

Cancer, as a shocking disease, is one of the most common malignant tumors among women, posing a huge threat to the physical health and safety of women worldwide. With the continuous development of science and technology, more and more high and new technologies are involved in the diagnosis and prediction of breast cancer. In recent years, intelligent medical assistants supported by data mining and machine learning algorithms have provided necessary support for doctors' diagnosis.

Background: Patients with cancer frequently encounter complex treatment pathways, often characterized by challenges with coordinating and scheduling appointments at various specialty services and locations. Identifying patients who might benefit from scheduling and social support from community health workers or patient navigators is largely determined on a case-by-case basis and is resource intensive.

Objective: This study aims to propose a novel algorithm to use scheduling data to identify complex scheduling patterns among patients with transportation and housing needs.

The development of accurate yet fast quantum mechanical methods to calculate the anharmonic vibrational spectra of large molecules is one of the major goals of ongoing developments in this field. This study extensively explores and validates a hybrid electronic basis set approach for anharmonic vibrational calculations, where the molecule is segregated into different computational layers, and such layers are then treated with different levels of electronic basis sets. Following the system-bath model, the atoms corresponding to the active sites are treated in more accurate but computationally slower, large basis set and the rest of the atoms in less accurate but computationally faster, small basis set to construct the anharmonic hybrid potential energy surface (PES).

In this paper, a high speed slotted solid-rotor induction motor (SSRIM) with rated power of 15 kW and rated speed of 120krpm is studied, and its electromagnetic performance and rotor mechanical structure are optimized. First, according to the empirical formula of motor design, the volume size of the motor is determined. Then, by constructing a two-dimensional finite element model, the slot matching scheme and coil pitch are optimized, and the influence of different slot matching scheme and coil pitch on the output torque and harmonics of the motor is compared.
