Key Clinical Message: Management of supernumerary teeth fused to the labial surface of permanent maxillary central incisors would require a multidisciplinary approach comprising of endodontic treatment, periodontal recontouring, and cosmetic composite restoration.
Abstract: The reported cases of supernumerary teeth fused to the labial surface of maxillary central incisors are rare. Such cases need multidisciplinary approaches. Herein, management of a supernumerary tooth fused to the labial surface of a maxillary central incisor is reported. Due to the presence of a communication path between the root canal systems of the two fused teeth, root canal therapy was performed first for the maxillary left central incisor and the supernumerary tooth. The crown of the supernumerary tooth was then removed in a surgical setting while preserving the root to maintain the thin covering of alveolar bone and prevent future periodontal problems. Subsequently, an esthetic composite restoration was performed.

Objective: To evaluate the frequency of tooth anomalies (TA) in the deciduous and permanent dentition of patients with nonsyndromic orofacial clefts (NSOC), both inside and outside the cleft area.
Methods: The following databases were searched for the relevant literature: Cochrane, OVID, SciELO, Embase, Livivo, PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. The risk of bias was analyzed using the Joanna Briggs Institute.

Background: Morphological and structural abnormalities are common dental anomalies. Identifying DA and determining their prevalence can play an important role in reducing the risk of surgical intervention and improving occlusion, leading to successful dental treatments. Thus, this study aimed to determine the prevalence of DA using panoramic radiographs (OPG) in Makkah, Saudi Arabia according to gender.

Introduction: Accuracy and user experience of dental diagnosis for a patient with cleidocranial dysplasia (CCD) using immersive virtual reality (VR) and cone-beam computed tomography multiplanar reconstruction methods were evaluated.
Methods: Dental students (n = 40) were randomly assigned to VR or MP groups. VR participants manipulated and visualized the rendered 3-dimensional model using VR hardware and software.

Introduction: Cleidocranial dysplasia (CCD) is a genetic disorder characterized by distinctive oral manifestations, making dental anomalies a key diagnostic criterion and treatment focus.
Methods: We retrospectively enrolled 32 patients diagnosed with CCD with detailed dental records (19 males and 13 females; mean age, 20.5 years).
