Objective: Endometrial cancer recurrence is one of the main factors leading to increased mortality, and there is a lack of predictive models. Our study aimed to establish a nomogram predictive model to predict recurrence in endometrial cancer patients.
Method: Screen 517 endometrial cancer patients who came to Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from 2008 to 2018. All these data are listed as the training group, and then 70% and 60% are randomly divided into verification groups 1 and 2. Univariate, Multivariate logistic regression, stepwise regression were used to select variables for nomogram. Nomogram identification and calibration were evaluated by concordance index (c-index), area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) over time and calibration plot Function. By decision curve analysis (DCA), net reclassification index (NRI), integrated discrimination improvement (IDI), we compared and quantified the net benefit of nomogram and ESMO-ESGO-ESTRO model-based prediction of tumor recurrence.
Results: A nomogram predictive model of endometrial cancer recurrence was established with the eight variables screened. The c-index (for the training cohort and for the validation cohort) and the time-dependent AUC showed good discriminative power of the nomogram. Calibration plots showed good agreement between nomogram predictions and actual observations in both the training and validation sets.
Conclusions: We developed and validated a predictive model of endometrial cancer recurrence to assist clinicians in assessing recurrence in endometrial cancer patients.

This study aims to investigate the expression pattern of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in the tissue of endometrioid type endometrial cancer (EEC) using immunohistochemistry, and also to investigate the effect of hCG expression pattern on prognosis and survival in EEC. We evaluated patients who were operated between 2010 and 2020 in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of our center due to EEC. In total, 194 women were determined to be in either the hCG-negative group (n=137) or the hCG-positive group (n=57).

Although breast, cervical, endometrial, and ovarian cancers account for more than 43% of new cases in 2023 in Brazilian women, no national studies were found on the incidence, risk factors, and prevention of breast and gynecological neoplasms in lesbian women, causing the health needs of non-heterosexual women to go unnoticed by professionals. This study aims to identify and analyze the search for healthcare related to the prevention of breast/gynecological cancer among Brazilian lesbian cisgender women who have not had the disease. Purpose: Daily online adaptive radiotherapy (ART) improves dose metrics for gynecological cancer patients, but the on-treatment process is resource-intensive requiring longer appointments and additional time from the entire adaptive team. To optimize resource allocation, we propose a model to identify high-priority patients.
Methods: For 49 retrospective cervical and endometrial cancer patients, we calculated two initial plans: the treated standard-of-care (Initial) and a reduced margin initial plan (Initial) for adapting with the Ethos treatment planning system.

Introduction: Musculocontractural Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (mcEDS) is a rare autosomal recessive connective tissue disorder caused by systemic depletion of dermatan sulfate.
