The purpose of this study was to examine the pharmacokinetics (PK), bioequivalence and safety of generic sunitinib and its original product Sutent in healthy Chinese subjects through a phase-I clinical trial. The study selected two groups of 24 healthy Chinese subjects in a 1:1 ratio through random allocation. Each participant received either 12.5 mg of sunitinib or Sutent per cycle. A total of 15 different time points were employed for blood sample collection during each cycle. Furthermore, a comprehensive assessment of the drugs' safety was consistently maintained throughout the trial. The average adjusted geometric mean ratios (GMR) (90% CI) for the primary PK parameters C, AUC and AUC were 97.04% (93.06%-101.19%), 98.45% (93.27%-103.91%) and 98.22% (93.15%-103.56%), respectively. The adjusted GMRs for essential pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters all met the requirements for bioequivalence, with values within the acceptable range of 80%-125%. In addition, the two drugs showed comparable results for the other PK parameters. These results indicate that the two drugs were bioequivalent. Furthermore, both drugs showed well safety. The research results proved that the PK and safety profiles of sunitinib in healthy Chinese subjects were comparable to those of Sutent. These results advocate the clinical application of generic sunitinib as a potential alternative to original product Sutent in the treatment of certain medical conditions.

Introduction: Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) have attracted significant interest as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis. In this study, we judiciously constructed a recombinant MUC1-dependent adenovirus (rAdF35-MUC1) that can selectively replicate and overexpress copepod super green fluorescent proteins (copGFP) in MUC1-positive tumor cells to investigate its role in the detection of CTCs.
Methods: We conducted a comparative study between rAdF35-MUC1 and the existing hTERT-dependent adenovirus (rAdF35-hTERT).

Objective: This study examines the association between family economic decision-making power and survival outcomes among older adults.
Methods: Data were drawn from the China Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS) from 2005 to 2018. Family economic decision-making power was assessed based on participants' self-reported influence over household financial matters, categorized as: "making decisions on almost all household expenditures", "deciding on non-essential spending", "only deciding on personal expenditures", and "having no decision-making power over household spending".

Objective: This study examines whether cross-education training of the healthy limb promotes cross-transfer through central nervous system stimulation, enhancing the function, kinematic parameters, dynamic balance, and plantar pressure of the affected knee joint in patients recovering from postoperative anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR).
Methods: Forty anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) patients, 5-6 weeks postoperatively, were included and randomly assigned to either an experimental group (n = 20) or a control group (n = 20). The experimental group participated in six weeks of cross-education (CE) training in addition to conventional rehabilitation, while the control group received only conventional rehabilitation.

Escherichia coli has become a common causative agent of infections in animals, inflicting serious economic losses on livestock production and posing a threat to public health. Escherichia coli infection is common and tends to be complex in Xinjiang, a major region of cattle and sheep breeding in China. This study aims to explore the current status and molecular characteristics of Escherichia coli infection in cattle and sheep in Xinjiang, as part of the disease prevention and control strategy.

Background: Psoriasis is a common chronic, recurrent, immune-mediated disease involved in the skin or joints or both. However, deeper insight into the genetic susceptibility of psoriasis is still unclear.
Methods: Here we performed the largest multi-ancestry meta-analysis of genome-wide association study including 28,869 psoriasis cases and 443,950 healthy controls.
