Unlabelled: Acute myocarditis is a rare complication of enteritis. Herein, we report the case of a 20-year-old man who presented with chest pain that developed three days after the onset of enteritis. Electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, and cardiac enzyme levels suggested myocarditis. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging revealed a late gadolinium enhancement in the inferior wall. Degeneration and necrosis of myocardial cells and lymphocyte-dominant inflammatory cell infiltration were found in the tissue obtained by endomyocardial biopsy. Acute myocarditis associated with enteritis was confirmed by these findings and detected in the stool culture. The symptoms of enteritis and myocarditis remitted 10 days after the onset. The left ventricular ejection fraction was improved from 40 % to 57 %.In previous cases, endomyocardial biopsy has not been performed because of mild myocarditis. The lack of pathological reports makes the mechanism of myocarditis associated with enteritis unknown. We report a case of myocarditis associated with enteritis, which was diagnosed using cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and endomyocardial biopsy.
Learning Objective: Acute myocarditis is a rare but important complication of enteritis. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging is useful for diagnosis. Most cases of myocarditis associated with enteritis were mild and remitted without specific treatment. In the present case, endomyocardial biopsy was performed and CD4-positive lymphocytes were predominantly detected in the myocardial tissue.

Background Objectives: Scrub typhus is an acute febrile zoonotic disease caused by the obligate intracellular gram-negative bacteria Orientia tsutsugamushi. Growing data over the last few years on the Indian subcontinent suggest that it is one of the most widespread but under-reported diseases. The study aimed to document the clinical and paraclinical profile and evaluate complications of scrub typhus in severe and nonsevere pediatric age groups.

Background And Objectives: Data are limited on the clinical manifestations and outcomes of acute myocarditis from a large-scale registry. We investigated acute myocarditis's clinical characteristics and prognosis from a large-scale, multi-center registry in the Republic of Korea.
Methods: We collected data from seven hospitals between 2001 and 2021.

Cryoglobulinemic vasculitis is a rare small-vessel vasculitis leading to multi-organ dysfunction, often associated with chronic infections like hepatitis C virus (HCV), and autoimmune disorders. Most cases involve mixed monoclonal or polyclonal immunoglobulins, presenting symptoms such as purpura, arthralgias, and weakness. Severe organ involvement, particularly cardiac, is rare but potentially life-threatening.

Background: Catheter ablation (CA) is increasingly recognized as an effective treatment for ventricular tachycardia (VT) in myocarditis patients, although current evidence is based on less robust data.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to confirm CA's efficacy in reducing VT recurrence and to identify arrhythmic risk factors in biopsy-proven myocarditis patients.
Methods: In this dual-center, retrospective study, we included 50 patients with biopsy-proven myocarditis and VT.

Background: Myocardial bridging (MB) is considered a frequent and benign condition. However, some patients may experience symptoms. The recent ESC guidelines on sports participation provide guidance on the management of these symptomatic patients with MB but do not provide guidance in the presence of another cardiac pathology.
