We report 10 particle-associated metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from the mesopelagic zone of Pacific Ocean seawaters. MAGs comprise members of , , , , , , and . Functional annotation suggests that these bacteria are involved in central particulate organic carbon conversion, nitrogen cycling, and phosphorus cycling.
