Objective: The objective of this study was to analyze available evidence on efficacy and safety of sugammadex in reversing neuromuscular blockades in patients with Myasthenia Gravis (MG), thereby providing a comprehensive understanding of its potential benefits and risks in this specific patient population.
Methods: We performed a systematic search for studies from PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Sources were screened using Rayyan, following predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria focusing on English articles published from 2010 to 2024 on MG patients under general anesthesia.

Nonhuman primates (NHPs) have been and remain a highly valuable animal model with an essential role in translational research and pharmaceutical drug development. Based on current regulatory guidelines, the nonclinical safety of novel therapeutics should be evaluated in relevant nonclinical species, which commonly includes NHPs for biotherapeutics. Given the practical and ethical limitations on availability and/or use of NHPs and in line with the widely accepted guiding "3Rs" (replace, reduce, and refine) principles, many approaches have been considered to optimize toxicity study designs to meaningfully reduce the number of NHPs used.

Resident training in autopsy provides a foundation of knowledge and skills for forensic pathologists and anatomic pathologists, but obstacles are present in ensuring quality training. A survey of US autopsy service directors at sites with pathology residency programs was used to identify common challenges in resident autopsy training. Respondents (n = 29) largely believed that negative attitudes from residents, faculty, training programs, and/or the medical system at large (34%) and time limitations (34%) were the most significant challenges for residency autopsy training.

Objective: We sought to evaluate the risk of preterm labor and hypertensive disorders in adolescent pregnancies with and without diabetes.
Methods: We evaluated 1,843,139 adolescents (≤20 years old) with labor and delivery admissions in the national Kids' Inpatient Database (KID) in years 2006, 2009, 2012, 2016, and 2019. International classification of disease codes was used to identify diabetes and medical factors affecting pregnancy.

Current surgical treatment options for ulnar collateral ligament injury of the elbow include both reconstruction and repair. A growing amount of research has evaluated the outcomes of these various techniques in a variety of study designs. Large national database assessment indicates that overall failure rates are low and complication rates are similar between UCL reconstruction and UCL repair techniques.
