Introduction: Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in inflammatory rheumatic diseases (RMDs) is gaining interest. However, there are unresolved questions about the best practices for implementing TDM effectively in clinical settings.
Objective: The primary objective of this study was to evaluate whether early TDM of adalimumab predicts drug survival at 52 weeks in patients with RMDs.

To enhance the surgical safety and efficacy for obese patients, we have innovatively integrated the advantages of various surgical approaches to modify a pancreas-guided C-shaped surgical procedure. Purpose Of Review: Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is the most common chronic liver disease, characterized by hepatic steatosis with at least one cardiometabolic risk factor. Patients with MASLD are at increased risk for the occurrence of cardiovascular events. Within this review article, we aimed to provide an update on the pathophysiology of MASLD, its interplay with cardiovascular disease, and current treatment strategies.
