Background: The subcutaneous implantable defibrillator (S-ICD) is an alternative to transvenous implantable defibrillators. The present analysis presents real-world data from patients with S-ICD and a follow-up duration of 10 years or more.
Methods And Results: Between July 2010 and November 2013 76 S-ICD systems were implanted.

Automated unloading reduced the average grain cart and combine operator stress rate by 18% and 12%, respectively, compared to manual operation. Harvest operators usually worked more than 9 hours and often worked more than 12hours per workday during harvest.

Highlights: The purpose of this research was to validate a test procedure for using commercially available smart technologies in detecting an agricultural-related incident. A convenient selection of commercially available wearable devices was used to measure the inertial qualities of simulated incidents. Simulated ejections, falls, and upsets were performed to recreate leading causes of agricultural injuries and fatalities using an anthropomorphic test device.
