Background: Ovarian cancer is a leading cause of mortality worldwide. The third most prevalent gynecological cancer globally, following cervical and uterine cancer, and the third leading cause of cancer-related mortality among women in Sub-Saharan Africa, including Ethiopia. The time ovarian cancer patients have to wait between diagnosis and initiation of treatment are the indicators of quality in cancer care and influence patient outcomes.

Background: With the population ageing, more victims of community crime are likely to be older adults. The psychological impact of crime on older victims is significant and sustained, but only feasibility trials have been published regarding potential interventions. The integration of public health and care services and cross-agency working is recommended, but there is little information on how this should be undertaken.

Background: Individuals can learn their HIV status through voluntary HIV counseling and testing (VCT), which also serves as a crucial access point for prevention, treatment, care, and support programs. VCT has grown in significance as a component of HIV prevention and care in Ethiopia because of its viability and convenience for the wider community, as well as its ability to provide access to care, treatment, and support for those in need. However, studies on this topic are limited, particularly because the fidelity of Ethiopia's VCT program has not been evaluated or measured.

Not all patients on dialysis want to be registered on the kidney transplantation (KT) waiting list and undergo transplantation. The aim of this convergent mixed methods study was to determine the features of patients refusing to be registered on the KT waiting list and the reasons. Quantitative data on all 2017-2019 incident 18-85-year-old dialysis patients, eligible for KT, were extracted from the REIN registry in France.
