Objectives: Palliative care (PC) is an interdisciplinary approach aimed at improving the physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being of patients and families affected by life-threatening diseases. This study aimed to investigate the need for PC among critically ill patients and their quality of life (QOL) in low-income groups in Bangladesh.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted at four healthcare facilities from March to April 2023, involving 553 registered patients with advanced chronic conditions.

Background: This study evaluates the comprehensive impact of different exercise interventions on the quality of life in stroke patients through network meta-analysis, aiming to provide scientific evidence for developing more effective rehabilitation programs and improving patients' physical, psychological, and social functions.
Methods: This systematic review, registered in PROSPERO (CRD42024541517) and following PRISMA guidelines, searched multiple databases (PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase, Cochrane, Ebsco) until November 1, 2024. Studies were selected based on the PICOS criteria, including RCTs on stroke and exercise.

Alcohol use disorder (AUD) is a multifactorial disease closely related to neurodevelopment and environmental factors that influence behavior. This study explored the relationships between brain volume and behavior from an Exploratory Structural Equation Modeling (ESEM) based on the Research Domain Criteria.
