Objectives: Glomangiomas are benign vascular malformations that exist within the spectrum of glomuvenous malformations which consist of varying amounts of glomus cells, vascular spaces, and smooth muscle. Glomangiomas are often treated due to associated pain, particularly when located on pressure areas such as the back or extensor surfaces, which can cause difficulty with certain activities and occupational functions. Histologically glomangiomas consist of prominent dilated vascular spaces lined by glomus cells typically situated in the deep-dermis to subcutaneous fat which limits treatment to modalities capable of reaching the depth of the tumor including excision, sclerotherapy, and laser therapy.

Objective: To review the various basic research and treatments available to regenerate the vocal folds and to discuss the direction for future treatments.
Methods: A comprehensive review was performed in PubMed database and Google Scholar utilizing search terms including combinations and variations of the following concepts: vocal fold anatomy, vocal fold disorders, and regenerative therapies. No particular inclusion or exclusion criteria were set due to the nature of this narrative review article.

Telangiectasia macularis multiplex acquisita is an acquired cutaneous telangiectasis of unknown aetiology, and it lacks both effective and cost-efficient treatment. This study aims to identify a novel potential associated factor of the disease and explore feasible therapeutic interventions. In this retrospective case series study, 46 Chinese patients diagnosed with telangiectasia macularis multiplex acquisita between 1 January 2007 and 18 May 2023 were included.

Rising demand, compounded by increasing utilization of new and existing technologies by numerous physician specialties, compels discussion of adequate standardized training and patient safety.
Methods: A retrospective chart review of patients who presented to our single site dermatology clinic for managment of complications following chemical peel, laser or energy-based device treatments performed by core cosmetic physicians between the years of 2013 and 2024 was conducted.
