Background: HIV risk behavior in women who use drugs is related to myriad psychosocial issues, including incarceration. The experience of incarceration elevates women's HIV risk by disrupting social networks, housing, employment, and access to health care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, changes in criminal-legal practices resulted in decreased incarceration, especially among women.

Huntington's disease (HD) is a genetic, neurodegenerative condition. Objective: We aim to explore the concept of distance and journey to goal, and consideration of these 2 elements a priori when choosing LLT.
Methods: Modelling of expected % LDL-C reductions was carried out on a range of hypothetical patients' baseline LDL-C values prior to any LLT being commenced. Therapies were then added in a stepwise manner based on the pathway demonstrated in current national guidance and compared with goal achievement on a novel LLT optimization pathway implemented in Morecambe Bay NHS Trust.

Purpose: To describe a novel corneal surgical technique combining Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty (DALK) with grafting of allogeneic limbus (Limbo-DALK) for the treatment of eyes with corneal stromal pathology and limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD).
Methods: Clinical records of six Limbo-DALKs performed in five patients diagnosed with LSCD and corneal stromal pathology requiring keratoplasty were retrospectively reviewed. All patients were diagnosed with LSCD due to various pathologies including thermal and chemical burns, congenital aniridia or chronic inflammatory ocular surface disease.
