Objective: This systematic review aimed to determine the methodological quality of international clinical practice guidelines and the clinical credibility and implementability of recommendations regarding manipulation or mobilization treatment recommendations proposed in clinical practice guidelines for the management of people with neck pain. A secondary aim of this review was to provide an overview of recommendations for manipulation or mobilization in patients with neck pain. Manipulation or mobilization treatment of patients with neck pain is under debate for its potential risk of serious adverse events.

Cardiology, a high-acuity medical specialty, has traditionally emphasised technical expertise, often overshadowing the critical role of non-technical skills (NTS). This imbalance stems from the historical focus on procedural competence and clinical knowledge in cardiology training and practice, leaving a significant gap in the development of crucial interpersonal and cognitive abilities. However, emerging evidence highlights the significant impact of NTS on patient outcomes, team dynamics, and overall healthcare efficiency.

Background: Intrathecal (IT) chemotherapy is essential in treating hematological malignancies, but it can lead to ascending paraplegia, a condition that currently lacks clear management guidelines.
Methods: We conducted a systematic review, analyzing 1219 studies and 116 patients, adhering to PRISMA guidelines for individual patient data. The study, registered under PROSPERO (CRD42022362121), focused on the onset, diagnostic approaches, and therapeutic interventions associated with this complication, and management strategies to tackle the ascending paraplegia.

As the population of adults with congenital heart disease (ACHD) grows, there also grows an expanded need for non-invasive surveillance methods to guide management and intervention. A multimodal imaging approach layers complementary insights from echocardiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and other modalities into a clinician's view of patient physiology. Merely applying strategies from acquired adult cardiac disease would be inadequate and potentially misleading.

Background And Objective: Radiomics is an emerging technology that facilitates the quantitative analysis of multi-modal cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). This study aims to introduce a standardized workflow for applying radiomics to non-ischemic cardiomyopathies, enabling clinicians to comprehensively understand and implement this technology in clinical practice.
Methods: A computerized literature search (up to August 1, 2024) was conducted using PubMed to identify relevant studies on the roles and workflows of radiomics in non-ischemic cardiomyopathy.
