The work is devoted to functional methods of examination of the lymphatic system in operations for the formation of lymphovenous anastomoses. The method of "moving bubble" was used for the investigation of the transport function of 50 lymphovenous anastomoses. This method was found to allow determination of the transport function of different variants of lympho-venous and lymphonodular-venous anastomoses, their patency and hermetic capacity and detection of the functionally more advantageous variant of the operation for the introduction into practice.
