Completely leadless cardiac resynchronization therapy is feasible with the combination of Micra AV pacemaker (Medtronic Inc) and WiSE-CRT (EBR Inc) systems. Several reports have highlighted this combination in Europe. This case report presents a 1- year follow-up the first reported concomitant use of the leadless systems in the United States. ().

Unlabelled: Corrected transposition of the great arteries (c-TGA) is a congenital abnormality characterized by atrioventricular (AV) and ventriculoarterial discordance, associated with early and late-onset conduction disturbances. We report the case of a c-TGA patient affected by congenital complete AV block, with right ventricular lead malfunction with prolonged dwell time and two abandoned leads. He underwent leadless VDD pacemaker implantation at an unusual site (i.

Background: The use of single-chamber, right ventricular (RV) leadless pacemakers (LPs) has been well established, the introduction of a right atrial LPs has opened the door for dual-chamber leadless pacing. Cardiac computed tomography (CT) segmentation integration might provide proper visual guide during the procedure.
Case Summary: A 58-year-old male patient was brought to the emergency department with dizziness and complete heart block.
A 21-year-old man, known case of the repaired congenital heart disease, developed complete atrioventricular block (AVB) one week after simultaneous bioprosthetic pulmonary and tricuspid valve replacement and atrial septal defect repair. Considering the persistence of the AVB, it was decided to implant a permanent pacemaker. After considering all available options and the issues related to the patient, it was decided to implant a leadless pacemaker (LLP).
